With the automated operation, confidence in the processes and the data coming from the warehouse has increased. Every movement in the warehouse, such as Receipt, Location Assignment, Picking, and Truck Loading, is recorded line by line in real-time. Therefore, it is always clear what is happening in the warehouse. For example, in the case of a complaint about an incomplete shipment, it is easy to identify the exact package in which the missing item was shipped.

The use of the WMS added several control points to the operations: in the traceability of movements, which the supervisor has access to, in the order preparation through barcode scanning, and in the package preparation where the barcodes are validated again.
